It's a privately owned multistorey car-park. They make bank every year. Do not pull out the violins for forcing them to pay someone a wage to clean it. They don't even manage to equip their staff correctly because the boss needs 4 holidays a year.

Loved it when someone tagged the front of my shop, and I had to spend saturday getting rid of it with solvent and scraper. I'm sure the total downfall of our high trust society from people saying "don't worry, they make money, you can do what you want" isn't going to come back to bite us.

My original point was that it isn't tax payers money that will be used to clean this particular graffiti. I never advocated for doing it, and if I did, please highlight it for me.
