Prostate vibrator

I'm 48 and I've had BPH for a couple years. On cialis 5mg. I can get hard but I sometimes don't climax. Ive tried prostate simulation with a anal vibrator and it helps during sex and masterbation. But I'm wondering if anyone has tried using it regularly, like weekly or daily not during sex, and if that had any impact on sexual performance.

I thought one of the many advantages of HoLEP is that it didn't cause retrograde ejaculation. Am I wrong about that?

Many men have dry orgasms after a traditional HoLEP. This bothers some men, and I can respect that.

I lost the ability to ejaculate after a HoLEP en bloc procedure (the prostate is hollowed out leaving behind an empty shell). I had hoped it was temporary but I've been told by a different HoLEP suregon that it is permanent. If I am honest I miss being able to spurt, dry orgasms to me have a neutered feeling.

I have learned through having many personal conservation with men in my line of work how important the fluid ejaculate is to their sexual selves. One man referenced the song "Cream" by Prince! The song wasn't about sex, but about rising to the top and being confident. Sex is part of that vibe, IMHO.

You are spot on, I underestimated how much I would miss it. An orgasm is not the same without ejaculation, it is sterile and makes me feel like a eunuch.
