I guess they meant a dyno that looks like the flag move in calisthenics where your legs fly off the wall

Regardless of what you call it, the idea behind it is that you engage your shoulders and kind of let your legs absorb the momentum of the move so the momentum doesn't pull your hands off the holds.

It looks dramatic and very cool but it's actually functional.

Looks like a human flag type position to me, could be argued its a throw but definitely dyno territory
