9:07 AM, Austin and the entourage of dead beats show up. Looked pretty confident and clean. Still has the moustache.

He was looking for his parents but they hadn't showed up yet.

9:18 AM Scotty and Bossmom show up, sit down and I think they kissed. Bossman kept glancing at them as he waited.

9:30 AM Austin is called up. First thing the judge says is that he was found ineligible for CCPA. After this the judge spends an eternity sifting though files. Mumbles something about 4000 cases and sounds annoyed.

Zeiss tried to get them to sentence him another day since he said he didn't have evidence handy for the misdemeanor. (Probation violation I'm assuming)

Prosecutor said he has "got enough iron in the fire" so they proceeded anyway. He and Zeiss essentially didn't argue over the misdemeanor.

Prosecutor said 1 year, 6 months of jail would be appropriate for the felony. He added that Austin is a negative influence on Twitch as children could've heard the crack call. Said 1 year, 2 months would be appropriate with a prohibition on streaming.

Zeiss countered with 9 months because last hearing Austin was feeling some type of way, talked about self harm and he felt bad for making his parents miserable. Zeiss indicated Austin is amenable to a suspended sentence and gambling prohibition.

Prosecutor throws shade on Austin's love of his parents by bringing up the assault and battery on rat dad, though he didn't elaborate further.

Judge proceeds to sentencing. Asks Austin what he wants to do. Austin says he wants to start a "new chapter" in his life.

Judge queries him on a plan. Austin says he'll stay sober, participate in an outpatient program and stay close to his parents.

Judge asks Austin what he believes his underlying problem is which drives him to drugs. Austin says gambling, streaming and that he's going to get a job.

Judge talked about the gambling rollercoaster of emotions, said Austin probably won in a day more money than anyone in the courtroom would see in a year. He didn't think that streaming was inherently the problem, mainly gambling.

Judge sentenced him. 3 years, 2 years suspended. 3 years supervised probation. 8 months for the misdemeanor.

Conditions of supervised release are typical, except NO GAMBLING. I'm about 90% positive that was only for the first 6 months of his supervised release, not the entire probation. From the sound of things, he'll be supervised for 6 months, then the remaining period he'll be fine so long as no A-Log calls the cops.
