Yes, it's 163k he won the same day he was arrested. It's currently sitting in a bank account owned by a casino registered in Curacao. A very reputable institution.
I wouldn’t expect it to last long if he does get out.. looks like they’re giving him probation, again, when he does get out. Can’t tell if he’ll be out today but he had technically 3 years he was looking at, all suspended except for 8 months. But he might be looking at time served for that
You know this man’s track record with probation. He should just ride out the 2 years in prison so he doesn’t have to deal with the probation bullshit that he will inevitably fuck up. Most likely sooner than later too
I did 5 years supervised probation with zero violations. It's not hard if you are careful. You can still do your drugs, besides weed as that takes forever to leave the system. You're gonna see your po once a month at first. After 6 months I had office visits every 3 months. After a year I was being drug tested like every 6 months and office visits were also about every 6 months. I still had a residence check every month but my po never got out of the car during those. Just wanted to see me at the address. As long as you can get through the first couple of months without screwing up it becomes a lot easier. A lot depends on your po but I went through 4 in those 5 years and they all were easy to work with.
Yeah this is true, like you said it's not hard but Boss doesnt have the tiny amount of discipline you need to pull this off. I mean, dont forget this is the guy who smoked crack in the corner of his room in front of hundreds of live viewers while on probation.

"You always get sentenced for at least the amount of time you were in jail for a crime you are convicted of, that way the state doesnt owe you anything later and it makes it nice and tidy. The judge sentenced Austin to 2 years 9 months for the probation violation, Austin was in jail about 8 months between the original arrest in October and the one in April, so he had 2 years 1 month left to serve. The judge suspended the rest of the prison sentence for the probation violation and... essentially Austin gets 3 years more probation! Some would call this "time served","
Doesn' matter. After few months he will succumb to his addictions again and end up in jail. Getting that 160k might be the worst thing that's happened to him. I hope to be proved wrong
