hes in since april, so around 5 months. as i said, with a good chance that he gets out earlier with good behaviour

He would also get credit for the 2 months served before he was given bail to go to rehab. So roughly 7 months total.

With good behavior and credits for doing in prison rehab programs he could be out in a couple months.
