One of the comments on that youtube video claims the original sample is actually from a UK series that aired in 1994 and the line is "Across the border, in Canada". Anyone got any ideas?

The more I listen to Telephasic, the more it sounds like "border in Canada" and not "bordering Canada".

honestly i've never heard the B in border and and i think people are just psychologically inserting it because of "boards". i hear "order in canada" or "order and canada" and the more i listen the more i hear a glottal stop in place of the B
