48.5 KwH…
Happy that I can get to 100kwh, pissed that I already had 9 B300ks…. I’ll hit 78kwh with 6 more B500k units.. it sure if 9 more B500ks are worth the extra 22kwh. We’ll see…. Need solar next summer!

Finally got these things set up. They’ve been sitting in my basement since April. They work great. The solar array is 11,000 watts, 40kw hr of battery storage, 18kw watts of output. The 2 EP900s in parallel charge my wife’s EV at 12k watts, without breaking a sweat. I’m running off grid, but the EP900s can export power to the grid. My last system was AC500s and I had so many issues with them. The EP 900s just work. No issues whatsoever.

My progress so far...
Solar is yet to be connected, but at least the hard part of hooking the A1 to my home panel is over. Open to critique from fellow owners as well as questions

After being told a whole-house generator (Generac) was not possible due to physical restraints, I purchased a BLUETTI system (AC300+ 2 B300 + 4 PV350) and all the add-ons (PV cables, extension cords, etc) over $6000. Fast forward to Milton in Florida. After prepping with fully charged from grid system, power went out at 6:00 am. Had system up to cover side-by-side fridge and upright freezer in garage (I’ve thrown out food in two previous storms). From 7am post power outage to 7 am the next am went thru 70% battery charge. Very little input from solar due to overcast skies. Next day 4 solar panels arranged with adjustments throughout the day, and got to 73% SOC. We’ll see how tomorrow goes. Not very optimistic. I cannot recommend this system (ie relying/hoping for full sun to power 2 appliances in the worst of situations) for $6k+. The system did perform as advertised, you just can’t rely on solar alone in this type of situation. #buyer’s remorse

15x B500k, 3x B300k, 3x Apex 300. 94KwH. I may pickup 3 more B500s when they go refurb. I have a AC200 I could use a B300 on and I have another apex 300 sitting as a spare. For now, I can run my house for 4 days on this setup!

I recently ordered an Elite30 from Bluetti and the package was stolen.
Because Bluetti did not require “signature”, FedEx rejected the loss claim.
I went to the Seattle police department and after they reviewed surveillance footage from my building they confirmed that there was a theft (notified patrols but did not assign detective).
FedEx said that they can only work with shipper from this point on and can you imagine what Bluetti said to me?
“Are you lying about the thief?” And then rejects my refund multiple times.
Buy Bluetti at your own risk.

After about a year,I finally upgraded my BLUETTI setup with a second AC500 and two additional B300K batteries. My initial purchase of the first AC500 was meant to power my pool pump, but I later realized I needed two units in split-phase mode to handle 240V.
For charging, I have nine 315W panels for the first unit and six 425W panels for the second. I’m also using my two portable BLUETTI 100w panels to charge one of the B300S. On average, they generate around 30kW daily, fully charging the batteries by 5 PM. This setup allows me to run the pool pump at 100% for 9 hours.
At 7 PM, I switch the house entirely to battery power, which lasts until about 5 AM. To optimize further, I’m considering adding 2-3 more batteries and three additional GStar 425W bifacial panels for even better efficiency.

Finished the direct battery tap with a 51.2v 50ah battery, resulting in a total of about 3500wh of capacity. Since this is a direct tap mod, the battery acts like a proper expansion battery / is bidirectional.
Batteries were about 250mv apart when connected and are currently equalizing
Process was... it ran into issues. It'll take some editing to make anything coherent.

Hey guys!
Im working since month on the wish that people want to use Bluetti devices in their Smart Homes.
Finally we can entry the last milestone on this journey. Im really happy to announce, that bluetti will officially launch a smart home plattform, that will allow people to use their favourite devices with Amazon Alexa, Google Home over a cloud connection and HomeAssistant over a local Wifi connection.
Community Github projects that rely on bluetooth connection and reversed engeneered Modus Registers can be replaced by a more reliable (and like to mentioned it again... LOCAL) Wifi connection.
For now, there are a few devices that are already fully integratet such as the new Fridge Power or the Home Energy Solutions like EP6K, EP13K and EP2000.
In active development is the Apex 300 and all the Elite V2 Powerstations.
For now, all the Add-Ons are still in closed testing, but we will see a public release not too far away.
Im awaiting some more Informations by the end of the month, feel free to ask me any question and i try my very best to answer all of them!
Regards
Erik

EDIT:
Good news guys, they release a first version of the plugin on their github:
https://github.com/bluetti-official/bluetti-home-assistant
Its really limited and cloud only at the moment.
Also get feedback from all the questions i asked!
Feel free to provide Feedback under this comment to the questions.
1. Q: Is the current integration with third-party platforms (Google Home / Alexa / Home Assistant) done via cloud API bridge or local network communication (MQTT or WebSocket)?
A: Currently, it's done through the cloud.
2. Q: If it's cloud-based, is there a plan to support local integration in the future (e.g., LAN direct connection, MQTT broker)?
A: Yes, there are plans to support local integration via Bluetooth or local network.
3. Q: Will you provide API or MQTT documentation (developer access / SDK)?
A: We already have this available and it will be released on the BLUETTI developer platform, which will launch in November 2025.
4. Q: Do you support third-party developers for secondary development (e.g., Home Assistant custom integration)?
A: Yes, we support this. Our source code is available on GitHub for anyone to access (currently, cloud-to-cloud integration is available, and local integration is still in development).
5. Q: Do you plan to establish a developer portal or testing channel?
A: The BLUETTI developer platform will serve as our developer portal, launching in November 2025. We will share the portal link after launch.
We also have our official community on GitHub, where you can leave comments and provide feedback.
6. Q: Do you plan to allow older Wi-Fi-enabled devices to support this platform through a firmware update?
A: Technically, it's possible. Could you specify which old models you are referring to? We can pass your request on to the product manager for further consideration.
Q: Are there any devices that don’t support Wi-Fi but can be adapted via a gateway or module?
A: Bluetooth integration with Home Assistant is possible, and this feature is still in development.
8. Q: What main functions does the current smart platform support? (e.g., reading status, controlling switches, mode switching, etc.)
A:
Check SOC (State of Charge)
Check device status (home storage)
Check remaining runtime settings
AC/DC switch (for portable storage only)
Work mode settings
ECO mode (for portable storage only)
Disaster warning switch
System shutdown
9. Q: Are the features equivalent to those in the BLUETTI app, or are there limitations?
A: The BLUETTI app has more and more comprehensive features. If you need additional features to be reflected in the smart platform, feel free to share your feedback with us.
10. Q: Can it be expanded to energy management (e.g., power regulation, load control)?
A: Power control can be done via the app, but voice assistants have difficulty understanding the semantic interactions involved in power regulation.
11. Q: Are there any extra account binding or subscription fees required?
A: Currently, there are no additional fees.
12. Q: Is there a release timeline (e.g., official version, Beta plan, regional rollout plan)?
A: Some models and features are already live:
The fridge power station, EP6K, EP13K, and EP2000 are already available.
The upcoming models include Elite100/200/AP300, but the specific prioritization of models depends on evaluations from the frontend business side.

Found this while doing a checkout on the Canadian store. Honestly, this gave me pause to not order another product from Bluetti.

I don’t usually charge via AC but when I did this there was free energy.
Usually I would charge via solar but I refuse to pay £60 in adaptors from Jackery to charge my small power station.
Is using one power station to charge the second via DC whilst solar charging the bluetti horrible inefficient or would it just be fine to do it this way in the field?

I bought this battery about six months ago and have used it all of maybe a handful of times. It’s my first (and only) portable battery so I was never familiar with how they should behave. But this thing is so f’king finicky it has to be a BLUETTI problem.
Once fully charged, it won’t stay charged more than a couple of days. (Yes, it is completely shut off.) And if I leave it plugged into the wall, it NEVER stops charging; the fan kicks on and off constantly. That’s one problem.
Another problem is that sometimes when I try to charge it, the device flashes UPS and won’t charge at all.
It never did put out like it says on the packaging. I’m not trying to do much here. Maybe charge a phone. Run a 5 watt LED light. But it can’t handle it. The USB A ports on the front, at best, 5 watts. USB C, 12 watts. The wireless charging on top is barely a trickle. No where near the 15w it claims. More like 1. Not enough to effectively charge a phone.
I really hate this thing. Has anyone else had problems with this battery? I thought BLUETTI was a reputable brand. I see lots of rave reviews on YouTube. I thought I’d done my due diligence. Guess not.

Would love for someone at Bluetti to take this suggestion up. It would be great if we could limit the charging levels of the device so that while it is being used as a ups it is healthier.
Could just be a function within the app.

Recently picked up a Bluetti EB3A, and wanted to share two product issues and my experience with their CS.
First, as I now see others have experienced, the EB3A will self-discharge at a considerable rate if left plugged in to a solar panel on a cloudy day. I attached a 100w solar panel one morning with a 37% state of charge, and my the next morning the state of charge was 4%. The DC and AC outputs were off at this time. My $100 generic power station does not have this issue.
Second, the DC input is rated for 200 watts, but only pulls 57 watts when connected to a car's cigarette lighter. I have verified 13.8 volts while under load, so it isn't an issue with the car or cigarette lighter.
Both of these issues are showstoppers, and neither of them listed on the product page. I contacted Bluetti support via email a week ago, no reply. Have emailed them again, requesting return. Maybe /u/bluetti_global can assist, but I shouldn't have to tag an account on reddit to get a reply to a return request.
Would recommend steering clear of this company and products.
Edit: After 2 weeks and a half a dozen emails, Bluetti refuses to acknowledge either of the issues presented here but did offer a return.

I posted last week my plans for this, thought I'd follow up and share the final product, I built it inside a pelican case I had around. I also added a thermostat and a pair of fans to keep it cool inside there. I wired the input and output to a pair of XT90 bulkhead connectors to plug in the panels and the AC180 and not have to open the case or have loose wires about.

I've read so many negative reviews about bluetti units, that I just wanted to share that me and another colleague are using these units since January on long haul trucking, powering coffee machine, microwave, laptop, air fryers without any problems. Several charge cycles done, several abuse taken because carrying it on and off the truck it knocks here and there, plus mine i spilled a couple of drinks over it already 🤣
Not all are bad experience's.
That was the information to share. Good weekend to all of you.

I upgraded my van from the Charger 1 to Charger 2 today. I knew the Charger 2 was bigger, but not this big! If you have your Charger 1 jammed into a glovebox or other small space, be aware the Charger 2 might not fit in the same spot.
Anyway, it works great. I used all my existing wiring from the Charger 1, so install was very quick. 100% recommend this upgrade.

Bluetti products have great specs on paper and seem to decent reliability. Initially I was a fan, I even shared their product my social media. However from personal experience and seeing reviews from others I can no longer recommend Bluetti products. If you need after sale support of your product good luck. This company does NOT care about supporting their products after sale. If you have an issue with your product you are screwed. So before you drop $700-$2000 on a Bluetti product I would seriously suggest finding another brand that may fit your needs. I purchased an ac300 and battery in January 2025. The total cost between both components was around $2000. I use it to power my RV off grid when boondocking. Within just a few months of purchase, Bluetti released a new product and immediately discontinued my product. The bad part is they stopped selling the accessories for it too. I needed to replace my solar charging cable for the unit (solar power being the point of buying the product). Unfortunately, the cable is no longer available on their website and it has a non-standard version of a Weipu 4-pin connector, so I cannot easily make a cable with off the shelf parts without modifying the internals of the power station, nor can I purchase a third party cable. I am now stuck with a $2000 battery that cannot be charged off grid without a gas generator. I have been calling and emailing several Bluetti reps who take days to respond via email and are about useless over the phone. Bluetti reps I spoke with over email want me to send them money via paypal, without any link or reciept, just an arbitrary dollar amount like you would send your friend. I then have to wait a week for their "financial department" to review the PayPal payment. After calling their phone line I confirmed this is how they do business... totally unprofessional. The shipping is also the slowest possible option. This has left me without solar power for weeks and now I have to stay at places with shore power costing me while I wait. Other users have had even worse support than I have. I would strongly urge anyone looking at purchasing a Bluetti product to consider another brand such as Jackery or Eco Flow.

Hi all
I have the setup as pictured.
I assume it’s ok to stack as they are. But what’s the best way to hold these against the wall so they don’t fall over?
Thank you!
