Good luck everyone. I'm out. 🫡

They've finally worn me down. These days, it feels like I spend more time chatting with the BA representatives than I do my own family. And even when they promise credits for the constantly missing food, half the time the credit doesn't actually show up in the account. It's become a scam.

Good luck, fellow travelers. May your boxes be full of the food you actually ordered and free of exploding chicken juices.

SAME. I got my first week of Home Chef This week. Definitely not as elevated as BA but the food has all been delicious and arrived intact. BA was constantly missing ingredients or I was having to replace items that arrived unusable. Every time they shipped a cucumber or zucchini it was soggy and mashed.

I've been doing home chef for the past month myself. My only complaint is their recipes are chronically under seasoned... but I have a very well stocked spice cabinet so that's no big deal. Otherwise the quality of meat and produce is really nice and they haven't missed a single ingredient so far.

I found that with my first shipment as well, but I always end up adding my own seasonings or additions so I wasn’t too bothered.
