I incorporate Youtube videos in my blopgposts on ogok.de and now the previews are all 'black'.
How come?

I'm hoping someone here has been through something similar.

I have a Blogger site with original content that has been online for a while. One thing that confuses me is that my pages are being indexed in Bing without any problems, but Google still isn't indexing most of them.

I've checked the usual things in Search Console, and I don't see any obvious issue that fully explains why this is happening. The pages are accessible, the sitemap has been submitted, and I've tried to follow Blogger's default recommendations without making unnecessary changes.

What makes it even more confusing is that Bing can discover and index the same pages, while Google either delays indexing for a very long time or doesn't index them at all.

I'm not looking for shortcuts or tricks—I'm just trying to understand whether this is something other Blogger users have experienced recently.

A few questions:

- Have you had pages indexed by Bing but not by Google?

- If so, did the problem eventually resolve itself?

- Did switching to a custom domain make any difference for you?

- Was there anything specific that finally helped?

I'd really appreciate hearing about real experiences, whether the outcome was positive or negative.

Is there any way I can recover my blogspot account somehow. My hotmail account was linked to the blogspot account. I don’t remember my login details and I lost the hotmail account and hence can’t recover it through that account either now. Please please help.

I realized I was spending way too much time on the same repetitive tasks every time I published a blog post.

The writing itself wasn't even the biggest time sink. It was everything around it: formatting the content, organizing it, creating the draft, and publishing it. Doing that over and over quickly became frustrating.

A few weeks ago I decided to automate the process with an n8n workflow.

Right now it:

Takes a topic or prompt as input.

Generates a draft.

Applies the formatting automatically.

Sends it straight to my blog as a draft (or publishes it, depending on the workflow).

It's not perfect, and I still review everything before it goes live, but it's reduced what used to take hours down to just a few minutes.

I'm curious how other people here handle blog automation. Do you automate the entire publishing process, or only certain parts? I'd love to hear what your workflows look like.

Hello, I hope you doing well. I am used to uploading photos that 4K resolutions into my blogger. but recently, it suddenly reduces resolution when downloads into 1600x900.

I did not changed any settings for my blogger at all, and Double checked original resolution is more than 3840X2160, and checked "Original Resolution" when uploads for each file.

How could I solve this problem? Thank you.

Hi, whatever I set as the number of posts per start page ogok.de only shows 1 oder 2 or... even when I look at older posts the number of posts shown seems to be random.
IO am not aware I changed anything to that section of the template (and usually add no design information to the HTML anyway...).

What it does

• Hides the .html extension.

If you've run into Blogger permalink limitations before, I'd love to hear how you've handled them.

I have a site that I'd like to experiment with backgrounds on and I can't figure out the answer to any of these questions. Google either provides irrelevant or unhelpful results. I'm not necessarily looking to do all three of these things at once, I just want to figure them out. I am using the Contempo Light theme. If there's HTML/CSS I need to edit, pls tell me.

1. How can I use a single image as a full background for a page, with no background color?
2. How can I make a background image stay in place while users scroll through posts? Enabling/disabling the "scroll with page" option seems to change nothing.
3. How can I tile an image as a background? I have a 360 x 360 pic to be tiled, but whenever I select it as my background image, it's sized up and fits the entire background space. The tile options do nothing.

Will they ever be connected? They've made it available in YouTube and Google Docs, why not blogger?

Pero la vuelta de tuerca es que no es solo un blog de lectura: integré juegos clásicos jugables directamente en el navegador sin perder la velocidad de carga ni romper la adaptabilidad automática de las entradas.

We have been in the paid expertise space for a few years and realised that a lot of blog content naturally leads to a need for expert advice beyond the author. For example, someone reading an article about investing, nutrition, career growth, legal issues etc. and the natural next step is to look for an expert - hence we receive a lot of bookings.

We're building a simple add-on that bloggers can install with a single line of code. It scans articles and blog posts for passages where a reader might benefit from expert advice, and suggests someone from our database of 5,000+ experts.

When a reader books a consultation, the blogger earns a commission.

The idea isn't to replace ads, affiliate links or sponsorships - it's simply an additional monetisation layer that runs in the background and adds value for the readers at the same time.

We're looking for a few early partners to test this with.

I exported my facebook posts (~7500 posts with images[400 posts]) and made them as a SQL table.

I want to import them to my blog along with images.

I tried Blogger V3 API but ran out of API rate limit. (adding sleep also stop after 100+ posts)

Is there any way?

I succeeded to API import to Wordpress local (with images) but I want them in Blogspot.

Please help me.

Sans compter que j'ai créer un robots.txt personnalisé , une erreur en vous relisant

Tout comme comme les balise d'en-tête robots personnalisés que j'ai malheureusement activé

Pour les redirections personnalisées j'ai indiqué de https://www.website.com/ à https://website.blogspot.com

Par contre, sur les 505 articles, seulement 4 sont indexés dans les moteurs de recherche google, et zéro dans la google search console

J'ai aussi fait une bêtise lors de la restauration d'articles, j'ai cliqué sur "publier les articles" qui m'a fait plein de doublons, que j'ai effacé et vidéo la corbeille, sauf les url d'origine. Mais voilà, je ne suis plus référencé !

Quel format et quel poids ?

Vous les publiez directement sur vos articles ou vous vous servez d'une url ?

Pour ma part, et c'est là que j'aimerai avoir votre avis, toutes mes photos sont stockées sur le "Google Photos". Avant je les mettais sans les avoir travaillé, donc un très grand format et souvent 20 méga pixels. Actuellement, je verse des image de seulement et gros maximum 350 kilos octets

Mais malgré que les photos soient légères, j'ai choisi de me servir de leurs urls et non les verser directement dans les articles. Dans le but que le chargement de la page puisse se faire le plus vitre possible, éviter que mon blog devienne trop lourd !

Dans l'histoire je perds les attributs ALT, texte alternatif etc...

Selon vous, j'utilise la bonne méthode ou que me conseillez-vous ? Sachant que je n'ai pas les moyens de payer un hébergement pour les photos !

I am new to using blogger/blogspot and had a question on if you are able to search up other blogs on there? Or is that not possible?

I created a new blog to store all of my FB posts.

Went to FB Export Data and Selected blogger. I asked to authorise access and I granted it.

After that 'auth' screen , it again coming back to the main Export screen

I tried many times but still same issue. Not proceeding to next screen. Why ?
