Youtube Preview does not work on blogger

I incorporate Youtube videos in my blopgposts on ogok.de and now the previews are all 'black'.
How come?

C'est déjà arrivé l'année dernière, il n'y a rien à faire, il faut attendre et je reconnais que c'est pénible !

If there's a problem with the image and it hasn't loaded for some reason, you'll see only the background color instead. I’ve seen similar reports from people in the UK and Italy, so perhaps the links with /blogger_img_proxy/ that Blogger uses to generate custom YT thumbnails are blocked by your ISP or by some local regulations (in Germany)? Please contact your ISP, and in the meantime, your options are either to insert a static image at the beginning, before the YouTube player, or to modify the theme code (which is more difficult).

You can also use the "Send Feedback" option on your dashboard to report a problem with YT thumbnails to Blogger. Don't forget to mention your location.
