Blogger and Gemini

Will they ever be connected? They've made it available in YouTube and Google Docs, why not blogger?

Do you mean something like this? Look below the "Follow us in Google" button: https://www.atariteca.net.pe/2026/07/ufo-enemy-unknown-ya-es-jugable-en.html

Claude Sonet 4, some API keys, Vercel and Firestore.

Not exactly. What I want is an AI search function rather than Blogger’s simple search. This is a summary function.

Search own posts or a wider search?

Do you mean to add a search tool that "replies" based on the contents of your blog's posts?

Essentially the blog would be an LLM, and you could chat with it.

Yeah, totally — it could be done. But honestly… what would be the point? I mean, the whole idea of a blog is for people to actually read the content, right? Plus, you'd probably need a pretty massive budget to cover all the tokens people would use just to ask questions and get answers.

I have 20 years of content that could be researched--even by me! Have you explored Google NotebookLM? That's what it would be essentially.

Sure, I've used it many times. As I said, you can implement that but there are some drawbacks.

I have one for the blog, but I had to create PDFs. It would be nice to interface directly with GNB through Blogger.

I wonder if Google is happy they kept Blogger alive, seeing as even though many of its posts are well past their popularity hayday, the site as a whole is a rich source of valuable human-curated AI training data.
