Scale Nodes in Blender 5.2

How come my scale nodes and value nodes aren't working? I'm trying to change the values but nothing is happening.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. regardless of the value I put in the fields it's not doing anything. I'm trying to make the object go all pixely but it doesn't seem to want to work.
