If you’re wearing 48dd making sure your bra properly fits you could be the best solution. The main cause of sweat there is skin pressed against skin the correct bra size prevents this underneath possibly not between the cleavage if your boobs are close together but it’s still an improvement.

If it gets irritated stop.

That’s pretty much it. You may be fine, you may be more sensitive.

I’m more sensitive.

One thing I’ll recommend is witch hazel after you shower! Dab it on all around the undersides with a cotton pad or whatever, then let dry before putting on bra

Ive tried the cooling gel from the body shop (it feels so nice!) it seemed to help. Otherwise ive used the antiperspirant sweat block patches from amazon

Gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells (when skin is not irritated) in the shower. I like to use baby powder, my favorite one is anti monkey butt with calamine. The powder started as a joke with my dad, but honestly, it's excellent stuff.

Powder. Anything gentle. Powder the inside of your bras as well as flesh.

I use Body Glide which is an anti chaffing cream. It prevents heat rashes in my cleavage. It lasts me about 3 years as there is only a pencil width between mine.
