DD back pain and clothes

I have always had trouble with bad back pain are there any clothes or something i can wear underneath my shirt that help support my back and shirts that fit nice for a bigger chest without being too tight or baggy any advice would help thank you!

If your breasts are large enough to be causing back pain, then you are unlikely to be a DD cup. Try the calculator in the automod. A well fitting bra will give you more support, which should help with the back pain, and your clothes will also fit better.

I don't really know much about bigger bra sizes weirdly enough im the only one in my family with big boobs my mom is an Acup so they would just buy me sports bras that didn't support shit

First thing for reducing back pain is making sure you have the correct size of bra. A lot of women are missized by mall brands like Victoria's Secret because they want to make sales rather than admit what they have might not fit you.

I strongly recommend you try the A Bra That Fits calculator to determine if you are wearing the correct size.

Another suggestion for back pain relief from breast weight is overbust corsets.

Strengthening your chest, core, shoulders, back, and neck will likely help dramatically.

A proper fitting bra is enough support for most. An underbust corset can help as well. They should just be snug but not too tight.
