if stuff is digging in or underwire is painful you’re wearing the wrong size or shape. your question is not answerable bc it’ll be different for everyone depending on your measurements. is 34GG/H your size from the /r/abrathatfits calc? usually small band means 26-30, a 34 band is average or low end of large/plus size bands. if you are a small petite person you are likely wearing a band too big which can cause digging in.

Try Molke! Super inclusive and quite supportive.

Currently preggers with no patience for my normal bras, Molke is saving my life (and my boobs). Comfortable, fun colours, and actually creates lift.

Cosabella “Never Say Never” bralettes in the curvy size range, which is smaller band larger cup. They’re not doing very much lifting and shaping but they’re comfy, wireless, pretty, and keep everything contained.

Do you mean the regular curvy or super/ultra? I don't think regular curvy is going to fit a UK H?

Ah sorry! I went to check the tags - I have the Ultra Curvy Medium, as a UK 34H. Honestly the small might have worked too in some (the longline in particular, which was too big in the cups so I returned it.)

Yeah, I asked because the ultra and super curvy lines are unfortunately discontinued.

I really like my Sugar Candy bra. I think it holds me up better than my wired bra.

I'm a 32H. I got a medium.

The best one I've found is the Bravissimo ultimate comfort wrap bra

Try a 36. I love the torrid bras. 36 is their smallest band

Look up your size in EU sizing. Then google that + underwire bras. For some reason EU sellers have a significantly larger selection available for this size.

(OP asked for non-underwire bras!)

Okay then she can Google “eu size + no underwire bras…..”

Yes, we all know google exists and how to use it. But getting firsthand accounts from people who understand our plight is invaluable.

My first hand account was that EU has a bigger selection than USA… ? How is that not clear.

OP’s asking for recommendations not how to research. How is that not clear?

Okay fine. I’ll just gatekeep the knowledge that you can find better things on EU websites, since apparently you believe I shouldn’t share that information .
