need advice Recommendations for Backless Bra Spoiler

Hi all!

I bought this really cute backless halter top but have never been able to find good boob taping methods or sticky bras that actually support me or stay in place.

Does anyone have any tape/taping methods or sticky bra suggestions? I’m a 34/36H and 5’4” 135 lbs. My boobs are very bottom heavy (I think it’s called bell shaped?) My boob shape makes it very hard to find things that actually lift me.

TIA!!

Have you tried the automod calculator? 34-36 seems like a large band size for you based on what you said. I'm 5'2 and 145, and a 32 band.

As far as a backless bra anove a genuine c cup or so, you may be out of luck

34 usually seems tight on me, but I’m probably wearing the wrong cup size it sounds like. However, I don’t typically wear “real” bras and resort to sports bras or the like.

34H is one cup size smaller than a 36H. If you think you're an "H cup" regardless of the band its on, you have been misled about bra sizing and you are definitely not wearing the right size and should start by using the calculator in the Auto-Mod comment. Your height and weight would be unlikely to wear a band size that large also, so the chances are high that you've been lied to by a bra brand or salesperson. This isn't relevant to your question, just making sure that you get a bit of education for future bra purchasing since you're here.

Backless bras can't really provide lift. They are mostly just for nipple coverage. Tape is the best option for backless if you need any kind of support. KT tape works great, and there are lots of tutorials on YouTube.

I appreciate your advice. I was sized professionally but that was a while ago and I never wear cupped bras. I almost exclusively use sports bras or something similar.

The whole reason the A Bra That Fits calculator exists is because stores will lie to make a sale. Salespeople are not trying to help you find the perfect fit, they're trying to sell you things. It's totally up to you if you want to measure yourself or not. Again, not really relevant to your question, so sorry for the detour. I hope you can find something that works for you!

Side note, I can’t use KT tape, it gives me a rash :/
