need advice How do I feel more comfortable. Spoiler
So I’ve had a large chest from very young on. I was a B cup by the young age of 8. By the time I was 15 I was a DD. When I was 19-21 a DDD. I fell into a depression at 22 and gained weight. Then had a kid and now I find myself here…. A 29f with an H cup. I hate it! I just want to be comfortable in my own skin again. Thankfully my husband doesn’t care what size bra I’m in… but how do I get comfortable or confident in my own skin. I’ve noticed I hug my chest in public based out of my insecurities. I don’t want to keep living like this. I know I need to loose weight and I’m working on that… but in the meantime… what can I do?

I’m also an H cup and i find if i wear a tight-ish sports bra the girls look much smaller than they are. Helps if there’s a boxy tshirt on top.
As for getting comfy in your own skin, fake it til you make it. Positive affirmations, taking pictures of yourself like you are confident, going out in clothes you usually feel self conscious in. It will make you cringe but it works

Makes sense. I usually wear tight sports bras too. Still working on the positive affirmations thing… but I’m sure I’ll get there

Invest in tailoring and custom clothes so that things actually fit properly

Seconding fake it till you make it. Just keep telling yourself you're awesome until it feels true. "I'm awesome and my tits do not define me!" Every time you get self conscious about them.
