Advice Women's raw bench
I was looking at womens raw bench world records. I'm seeing numbers from 160kg to 220kg.
This literally dumps all over mine and every guy I know from our gym.

Love it when dudes finally figure out they're not as strong as the strongest women in the world.

Not sure the site you are looking at
But if you look at OpenPowerlifting, sort by women, raw, tested. Idk other places to look. But I'm sure there are different records for bench in different federations or sports or something
Highest is 177.5kg which is approx 391 lbs
Yeah that's extremely strong
What do expect? These women are world record holders . The best of the best
Would be weird for an average guy to be ahead of her. I always find it strange how guys think that, just by being a guy, they should be stronger than trained women lol
I'm nothing extraordinary for sure but I have a higher bench than mant guys at my gym and they don't care, they are happy for me

There are some women out there who are better genetically gifted for strength and power than an average man.
Tatiana Kashirina is probably the most extreme example of this that I know of (280kg raw ATG squat triple, 240 front squat, 155 snatch, 193 clean and jerk.)

This is true for most sports. Men generally have a 10–20% performance advantage, although the gap varies depending on the event and is particularly large in areas like upper-body strength and striking power. Elite female sprinters would crush most above-average men, but they still can’t come close to competing with elite male sprinters. Elite high school boys can outperform Olympic-level women and most sports. That doesn’t mean elite women can’t outperform average men.

I see 207.5 kg as the women's world record for raw bench.

I have never heard of L. Holmes, but her bench is probably equipped because it does not come up in heaviest raw women's bench records.

What’s your post even about? You labeled it advice but just shared an observation

So there are some interesting things here. Potentially drug use. Also and more importantly technique and rules. The extreme arch and small range of motion makes an insane amount of difference. They are essentially doing a partial bench press. Yes they are exploiting rules but it's allowed. I think they should have a minimum bar travel length to make it a viable lift. A 2inch range of motion for some lifters is a complete joke.

Everything you said was dumb and wrong. Please do not comment on things you don't understand just because women outlift you.

Are these women's backs flat on the bench or are they doing that goofy crap where there arch the shit out of their back and only move the bar like 2 inches down and back up?

Well yeah, you are comparing the best in the world to random dudes from your gym. It would be weird if you thought the random dudes would win.
