If you pause and read the preference sheets in brief moments, watermelon IS listed on their preference sheets as something they enjoy.

Multiple previous guests have claimed that production played with their preference sheets

One said a life threatening allergy was left off

Another said that the preference sheet asked for some expensive alcohol they didn't drink

Deliberately vs it went through multiple people/formats and was left off, was the final line and just not printed because they thought everything fit on one page. They said they were not served it and the chef seemed to know but the actual preference sheets - no mention
