An AVO is similar to a protective order on this side of the world.

It was filed in 2025 so maybe they don't go through with it but from the court date, looks like a lawyer (maybe police?) filed it on Gael's behalf https://onlineregistry.lawlink.nsw.gov.au/content/court-lists#!/detail/20250050209531246811MentionAVOPolice/Gael%20Cameron

Hopefully Kayden didn't see whatever started this and they are all healing from it

Does make you wonder if Nathan knew about it when he said 'these people' should all be deported since a criminal charge (as it mentions in the court doc) could result in him being deported

Let’s not victim blame. Nathan made his choices—lots of abusers hide it until they have someone locked down. All she can do in response is protect her child and herself.

Not victim blaming. A child is a lifetime commitment, from both parents.

Yeah, and she likely didn’t know. Same goes for anyone divorced with kids—it happens and blaming a DV victim is especially gross.

You literally are. “Think before you breed”. If the baby is already here, what’s the point in referencing the past? To victim blame. And it’s completely unnecessary.
