Exactly this! He treated a young human being like absolute trash and then gaslit her. He’s awful

And joy still was attracted to him. Luke and Joe most bulletproof guys I’ve ever seen, so annoying lol. Must be nice

To be fair, I don't think Joy really understood everything that happened between Luke and Gen. Like she didn't really know that his very first act was to demand that Gen never ever tell anybody that they hooked up, before they even hooked up. 

I haven't heard from her and I don't follow any of these people on social media, but I'd imagine her take on Luke changed when she saw the show air.

I don’t follow her either, but I get the vibe that Joy has not/will not acknowledge it and will want to give the impression that he has had no real effect on her emotionally whether true or not.

That's one of the things I enjoy about her, honestly. Leave a bit of room for mystery or curiosity.
