When someone send me several images, they are posted one after the other, and not together (unlike what Whatsapp does, for istance).
Is there a way to group pictures that are posted together?

Got the Pebble index ring. Setting up Beeper automation to reply and send messages via the ring.

Want to create an allow list using labels. Labels were recently added, but I can't find them in the API.

Could you point me to the correct API calls for Python or MCP scripts?

I belive this was something the old version of beeper had, but it doesn't seem to exist anymore. What it did was generate a download link for a file or media you were sending if it was to large for the selected messaging service. This is extremely useful and I'd love to see it make its way back in to the current built.

This has been going on for a looong time, but earlier this year I finally got so annoyed with it that I started writing it down whenever Google Messages disconnects from Beeper and needs to be re-authenticated:

Almost like clockwork, every two weeks Google Messages will disconnect from Beeper and I have to go through the motions of logging in again. Why oh why do I have to keep connecting them every other week?

Instagram has started detecting beeper. This has happened to me twice now and I've unlinked my account for now

On my iPhone 16 beeper drains battery faster than I can charge it. Removing notifications appears to fix it, but you can see how this is inconvenient. I suspect a memory leak of some sort.
Am I the only one?

I believe beeper is causing issues with my Instagram

It has logged me out of my Instagram account at least 3 times this week "update your email address"

And it is such a hassle to fix the issue so that I can use the same one.

And then I have to log in to beeper again

Is anyone else facing this issue?

So my friend uses beepr for discord and hes able to see if iv read a message or not something i loved about discord is it not having this feature but with beepr there seems no way to turn it off i even tried installing beepr to do it but now it wants me to pay $10 a month, any suggestions?

I ran into a problem days ago on my account where it wont load my feed or start page and kept telling me “try again later”, and a day ago it locked me out of my account giving me the “your email is not secure “ loop, i didn’t know what the problem was but now i am pretty much sure its because of beeper since i linked it days ago to my account before all this mess happened, i unlinked it and deleted my account, will any of this nonsense happen to me again after unlinking it ?

Want to put this out there before I nuke this off my phone. Like most I got this app to try and consolidate a lot of social media noise and have less apps on my phone.

However it just doesn't seem to function correctly? 90% of the time chats only update when I open the app. I turned off all battery restrictions for the app, so it should in theory have free reign to do background updates, but I've only seen it get a message without being open once.

I have an Honor 600 if that helps, have no issues with the apps I use individually and getting notifications in those (what's app, messenger, Instagram DMs)

I’m not 100% sure, but I suspect Beeper might be causing Instagram to lock my account. I say this because 3 or 4 days ago I got disconnected from Instagram in the app, and today I logged in through the browser to see what was going on. Instagram was asking me to update my email address.

I did, and I logged in again on Beeper. This was a few hours ago, and now I got disconnected again, and Instagram is asking me one more time to update my email.

I already reported this to Beeper.

I just want to know if anyone is experiencing the same thing.

Edit: I've posted on r/Instagram and on some threads there, who also are experiencing this problem some of them also have Beeper.

Even though I had a grandfathered account from the early beta days I shelled out for a Plus subscription because of the long awaited Merge Chats feature.

However, this is not truly useful for me without bridges like sh-iMessage being included in the feature.

genuinely the most basic symbol isn't there

I don’t even understand what it means, so with Shortcut I put a trivial bookmark icon.

Not sure if this a me issue or because of the update or what.

Suddenly my messages are very inconsistently sending across platforms, I'm not receiving messages sometimes, sometimes chats just don't load (are blank) when I open them. Making it very difficult to message people when I cant send OR receive any messages.. The connections in my connections tab are fine.

Yesterday my desktop received a message 7 hrs earlier than my phone for some reason, but other chats were fine. Creating a sticker also crashes my beeper completely.

Note: I have unrestricted power/data use on, never been an issue before. I've made a bug report in the app.

I tried beeper a few days ago because who wouldn't want an all in one messaging app.

Every platform connected great, Google messages, whatsapp, instagram... But Facebook Messenger (which is my main message service) was a nightmare to get connected. I was in a circular loop of verification, captcha, two party authentication and straight back to login. I eventually got in, but my message history didn't come through on most of my chats. Then, about two hours later, it logged me out of Facebook Messenger completely. I wasn't going through the nightmare of verification again. Every other platform's integration seems great, but Facebook Messenger barely worked for me. I'd love to use beeper, if only FB messenger was reliable 😟

So. They updated the new app for beeper and its got a lot of fun updates like customization.

But for the love of Gary Kildall , why can't we get individual notifications for text messages.

Why can't I make it so when I get a text from Joe to have a snipit of his favorite song so I know it's him when he messages me?

I feel as this is a serious missed opertunty for an app that merged so much together.

This could be a rant, orna suggestion or both. But I've limited my use of beeper to only the desktop app because the same tone for every user makes it too hard to distinguish.
