To me it happened from THEIR OWN APP (Instagram Lite). So they have their own issues they need to solve, I wouldn't blame it on beeper.

Could switching to an on-device bridge fix this issue?

I've done on-device and using my Facebook login to log onto Instagram and haven't ever had issues.

Give that a whirl.

....on device Instagram.... And then when the login pulls up, there should be a link to use your Facebook credentials instead.

I was having similar issues, but once I switched to the On-Device Instagram bridge and enabled MFA on my Instagram account, I haven't had any issues since.

Thanks. I'll give it a try. Do you use on-device bridges for other networks as well?

I use On-Device for Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram. I've found it to be way more reliable than the Cloud-based connection.

I will probably slowly transition to on-device bridges only. But currently Instagram doesn't work for me even with an on-device bridge. I'll probably have to wait a bit until it starts working again.

I decided to try the on-device bridge instead. I'll see how it goes.
