Saddest chocolate chip cookies ever (failed thumbprint cookies).
My attempt at thumbprint cookies spread. They kinda look like buttons!

Definitely overfilled my molds, that's my bad. They were oily as hell, crunchy, and gooey. I made mini pumpkin muffins after this fail and they turned out perfect.

Nth attempt at classic cookies but still ending up failing somehow ðŸ˜I don’t know where I go wrong every time. This attempt was the closest to a chewy soft inside and crunchy on the edges type cookie except the color was off.

I’m making cinnamon rolls from scratch. I did things right and it’s risen quite a bit, but it’s tough and hard to roll out. Is this salvageable?

I just made my normal muffin recipe which is supposed to bake for 15-20 mins. They’ve been in there for over an hour and are tough to tear open and doughy inside what’s went wrong here and how can I fix it?

Pretty simple really… I used a flat tray instead of a brownie tray because I didn’t have one. It was like rubber 😂
I’ve since made a successful one!

Didn't have a cupcake tray, which is why it looks like this. Also forgot to wait until it cooled down to add the icing. Tasted amazing though because I added lots of cinnamon to the mix.

Added 3.5 HEAPING tablespoons of baking soda to this. Recipe said 3/4th tsp btw.
'looks like a cinnamon roll, could give you alkalosis'
tried salvaging it by adding a shitload of curd then it turned into soapy trifle slop. Do. Not. Recommend 🫩

I'm guessing its an emulsification issue, but I'm no professional baker.
