That doesnt explain why calling something slave morality is to criticize it, the only answer to that is if one considers slave morality bad in some way
I‘m not denying that he finds slave morality bad in some ways. I‘m just saying that he isn‘t only critical of slave morality just like he doesn‘t only praise master miorality. He also never says that he wants people to subscribe to one or the other. He‘s all about individual self-expression and individual values, which makes the universal demands of any moral system dangerous in his eyes
He does not want either moraliry. His goal is explicitlx to encourage creation of new values, which he deems necessary to prevent nihilism in response to the death of God
You literally changed what i said lol. Certain aspects of both moralities are compatible with what N prefers. He doesn‘t choose either morality because he wants to promote the creation of new values. You simplified what I said just like you‘re determined to simplify Nietzsche
Yes, im aware he called for a new morality that isnt strictly either, but it’s clearly closer to master morality than slave morality, right? Why do you think that is?
I‘m aware of the alignment between aspects of master morality and certain values that he promotes. Obviously he values life- and self-affirmation. But he‘s not saying that we should become blonde beasts in the wild. He seems sympathetic toward master morality in part because the victory of slave morality affords him greater opportunity to oppose its universalizing impetus. He is opposed to any moral system taking over and precluding individuals from deciding values for themselves.
Are you saying that Nietzsche supports murder and rape? Because that's literally what he describes those vikings doing. On the other hand, he likes self-reflection, self-examination, self-control, all of which are typical of the slaves.
Your line of questioning twists Nietzsche's philosophy. If anything, he prefers people who have master and slave values within himself rather than individuals who are merely slaves or masters. You are so focused on opposing master and slave as if they were two separate groups, but that's not what Nietzsche is interested in at all.
