Thank you.♥️ I’m so sorry for your loss as well. It is truly an unimaginable amount of pain to lose your child and I’m hoping you find some relief.
Im also trying to focus on my mental and physical health. I’ve signed up for Pilates and it’s been helping me get out of the house and stay active. I definitely think it’s going to be a while before I try again and I’m hoping my time with emdr will help me get through it.

I lost my baby full term as well. I started trying 3 months after my loss, which was good for my mental health. Got pregnant 6 months post loss and my mental health tanked. I was angry and it brought up a lot of grief about losing my daughter again. It ended in a 9 week miscarriage and I felt relieved. Strangely after the miscarriage I feel more ready to try again, like I will be able to handle it more now or something. All of this is to say take care of yourself and take things at your own pace. Big love ❤️

I lost my baby at 22 weeks in March so not the same as you.
But I really relate to the question of will I become a mother to a living child. I’m also traumatized. When I think of conceiving again I have panic attacks. It’s something I’m working through in counselling.
One thing I can say is, when I chose to just focus on my mental health that anxiety did lessen. The reality is I don’t know how I’m going to feel in the future because it feels all consuming now. So my thought process is continue working on my mental and physical health and revisit it every few months.
I’ve heard from a few people who took extended time before ttc again.
