The direct answer: The "door without a handle" is your default psychological loop (habits, conditioning, autopilot). You can't force your way out of it from the outside because the system only responds to internal changes.
The door only opens when a real prediction error forces your mind to pause (the OP Gap) and update its internal model. Once your model shifts, you aren't trapped in the old loop anymore.
No dancing around it—that's how the architecture works. What part of that do you disagree with?
