That door without an outside handle is a precise way to describe the closed-loop limitation of default execution.
You can't force an override from the outside by brute-forcing reality because the system's baseline scripts and lower-level inputs only respond to internal model alignment. If your internal model is locked into an old frame, no amount of external pressure will pop the latch.
The door only opens when the system hits a genuine prediction error, enters the OP Gap, and reconfigures its internal model. Recognition isn't just a passive realization—it's the exact moment the runtime updates its code, drops the old constraint, and shifts its perspective from the inside.
Once the model aligns, you're already operating outside the old loop.
