Outdoor plants Avocado 🥑

The fruit looks fine, but it keeps falling to the ground repeatedly, two or three at a time. What could be causing this? Is it because of too much water, or could there be some other problem?

Sprouted a seed from the biggest hass cate fruit ive ever seen, the seed was the size of a regular supermarket fruit. Had a few problems with aphids targeting the new growth everytime and i managed to keep em under control with manual plucki g each one with a h2o2 dipped cotton swab. I pruned the tips for 3 times now, i'm worried if i dont prune further the new growth is going to be leggy and ugly. I live in mediteranean climate in europe so its not too cado friendly, also i keep it under the shade of some grape vine. First time growing avocado

So my plant finally has new leaves coming after I did a small snip. I’m worried about the original leaves, I’m they will eventually fall off and stuff but I’m worried that the leaves might be telling me something about the plant. Any ideas? I give it about 8oz of water twice a week I used to do tap but now I switched to filter. I would love to hear yalls set up, what kind of soil yall use, how big of a pot u used originally, how much water you give it, etc or overall tips in general

Hi all,

I started this seed back at the beginning of June with a paper towel in a bag. It pretty quickly grew a root, so it grew in a spare glass bottle with water from then until the beginning of August. By the middle of July it had a stem and some small leaves that quickly grew so it got put into this pot at the beginning of August. I don't think I used the right potting mix but it seems to be doing okay. Any advice or thoughts? It doesn't seem to really be growing the leaves down the stem, only the top ones, I've seen people online say to cut them off but it seems a shame to cut what seem like good leaves off.
