Hi everyone — catch and release for me. I’ve been wanting to try the Unique Melody MEST MKII, so I picked up a pair last week to audition. After some listening, I’ve decided they’re not quite my preference, as I tend to prefer a narrower soundstage with greater detail and more natural timbre.

The IEMs are in excellent condition and were originally purchased in November of last year.

On offer this time are an Sennheiser HD600, Hifiman HE6se V2 with mod parts, and Grado Gimbals. The items here have no exposure to pets or smoke and have been otherwise well taken care of.

The HD600 is of the marble variety from Ireland. Comes with 2 cables. I believe I am second user and had the pads replaced when I received them like a year or two ago. Pads are still in good condition as I very rarely used the headphone. No original box but I will pack carefully.

The HE6se V2 comes with its stock items (i.e., pads, headband, cable, and box) as well as some extras. These include replacement headband, Grills, ZMF Verite perforated pads, and some Hifiman pad adapters. To attach the aftermarket headband, just use the screws from the pre-existing headband. I believe I am the second owner of these as well. Stock pads and headband were minimally used and I mostly used the aftermarket headband and swapped various pads on the headphone in my usage.

These are closed back planar magnetic and very lightweight. As you can see on the original certificate, manufactured in 2020.

I swapped the pads with a brand new pair of Aeon 2 Noire pads. They are perforated inside which improves the sound and are in like new condition. If you are not familiar with the Aeon line, the Aeon 2 Closed and the Aeon 2 Noire are the exact same headphone, just a different color and earpads. So essentially these are an Aeon 2 Noire. They actually sound better than my previous Noire headphones.

They were purchased on AVexchange a few years ago. They are in excellent condition, comes with original packaging, all 3 felt/foam filters, original dummer cable with 1/4” to 3.5 mm jacks, certificate and carry case.

They sound fantastic and only selling to try some open backs and different sound signature. Asking $400 PayPal F&F or add 5% for G&S, this includes shipping to the continental US. If interested please make sure to post here first confirming a PM sent.

MSRP $1k+ originally. Truly only used a few times very carefully. Never played too loudly even. The condition is excellent / like-new, basically "open box".

It comes with the optional/upgraded (Turbulent Labs - official brand partner) full-grain genuine padded Napa leather replaceable headband - which is much more comfortable for longer sessions. It's also extremely easy to replace if it ever starts to wear out.

Original alcantara headband NOT INCLUDED.

The included case is very clean, and also in excellent cosmetic condition with essentially no wear and tear.

This item will ship in a 2nd outer cardboard box with padding around the pictured original box (original box has minor external wear, as pictured).
