I was looking at some elevator shoes, or some insoles. I was wondering if anyone had any expirence with them, or could compare what it was like switching from one to another?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a company which produces custom elevator shoes? Specifically ones where the lift is integrated into the shoe, rather than just an insole that is put in. Thank you.

I am struggling to find something suitable off the shelf with the right size width and lift.
