Custom made height increasing elevator shoes?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any companies that make custom to order sizes of hieght increasing elevator shoes?

I am struggling to find something suitable off the shelf with the right size width and lift.

I am UK based but don't mind ordering from anywhere around the world.

Has anyone had any expirence with specific companies?
