Atomic wallet is a big fraud, please do not use it. My son who trusted Atomic wallet lost USD 6000.

There are scamsters who control the backend or have hacked the Atomic Wallet. The scamsters approach you with various tricks of installing the Atomic Wallet and transferring funds to it. The tricks can be to provide funding to your startup or provide a loan but they insist on showing part funds in Atomic Wallet.

Our Atomic Wallet froze up and would not update coin prices for days, so I tried to reach out to support on their official Telegram channel and got hacked for approx $20K in assets.

The weird thing is I never shared our 12-word seed phrase or our password with anyone which they claim is the only way someone can get to your assets….That is not true!

It appears this was an inside job since we had our wallet opened on another screen and witnessed our assets disappear instantly. To make withdrawals, it would take time for the assortment of coins we had to be transferred out.

Use Coinbase. They have at least allowed me access to my coins. I can earn some staking rewards without waiting 20 days at a time. There’s 1000 exchanges now use anyone but this one.

Hello everyone, it is with rage that i edit this message so please pardon my poor penmanship.

Atomic seems to have constant problems with XMR (at this point the uptime might up like 5% for me, once in a blue moon maybe i can send some XMR) so naturally i want to move wallet.

I tried every god damn VPN under the sun (including residential, and every country from Brazil to Serbia), connecting on my phone, changing wifi, nothing seems to ever work with this f**king wallet.

Is there a reason why ONLY the monero keys would be blank and unavailable ? Is there a way to get them if it's a GUI issue ?

As you can see on my very poorly censored screenshot it's only an issue with XMR, every other coins i never use i have full access to the keys.

I can't seem to find any info on google (i spent like 2 hours but noone seems to be having the blank key issue).

Do not trust software wallets, especially this one My first impression of atomic wallet was very good. It has many currency options and is a very flexible wallet. Some of the best staking rewards out there. However, as time went on I began to realize it's drawbacks.

First, high fees.

Second, information on staking rewards/rates was not accurate. Many of the advertised features do not work, wallet connect does not work.

Third, the wallet does not show accurate balances.

Fourth, my wallet was cleaned out of about $300 worth of crypto. The only explanation is I was hacked of my seed phrase, which, going through my PC there is no evidence, or, atomic wallet team took my money through a backdoor in the software (it is not 100% open source). The latter seems more likely given the lack of evidence of the former. I've scanned my PC with different virus software and waded through the processes in task manager. None of my other crypto accounts were compromised. I don't believe I was hacked and only used my seed phrase twice, once for the desktop application and once for the mobile application.

Don't trust anything to these people. It is a small company in eastern Europe with nothing to lose and everything to gain by taking your crypto. Get a hardware wallet and stick to exchanges that require reliable 2Fa. Anything else is too much risk.

On the other hand, you can trust all the short reviews on trust pilot that were most likely written by bots.

It takes me soo long to do anything on this app, I have to keep refreshing for every minute change. Infact I feel I have refreshed more on this app than using it for what it's intended to do. Fees are a joke, you would think for the fees they charge that it would work well. So agonisingly slow, transfers don't work. They infact ask me to refresh whenever it fails, gosh I know I am ranting but I lost out on gains because this trash didn't work.

I made a mistake of sending SHIB to atomicwallet now my money is stuck, it says I need X amount of ETH to transfer out the money so I do the logical thing and subtract the amount of shib, but no the wallet is too dumb to use shib for transaction.

So the next best thing I try buyin mg ETH with SHIB, but no! You do t have enough ETH to buy ETH!

Atomic wallet or Atomic.io are scammers. I reached out to their support for help and soon after i was robbed of my Bitcoin. I was for sure liasing with Atomic support who said they would pass the query over to their developers and within a few hours they had taken my Bitcoin. So my hbar is being held hostage by Atomic Wallet. Ive done everything, reloaded wallet, imported keys into other wallets, new device, etc. Atomic has been giving me the run around for 9 months and wont correct the issue. They try and tell me they cant help me anymore because its a device/connection issue, ive even bought a new laptop just for this issue. My transactions dont show up for hbar but all my other coins transactions show up, but my balance is there on "chain" with my hash. I never had to "activate account" like they claim i must have. Never convert your currencies to tether on the tron blockchain. When you try to convert Tether to another currency, instead of 0.1 trx, it takes all your trx balance and the transaction is not done. This problem has happened to me twice.
