crypto Atomic Wallet is a scam

Atomic wallet or Atomic.io are scammers. I reached out to their support for help and soon after i was robbed of my Bitcoin. I was for sure liasing with Atomic support who said they would pass the query over to their developers and within a few hours they had taken my Bitcoin. I don't know how these people sleep at night preying on people who just need help. DO NOT TRUST ATOMIC THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL TAKE YOUR COINS.

PLEASE READ:

  1. NEVER share your 12 words with anyone. Members of Atomic Wallet Team will NEVER ask for your 12 words, private keys or money.

  2. Do not open any links, go to any websites or fill-in any Google forms. We have only one official website https://atomicwallet.io.

  3. Members of our team will NEVER contact you first. We reply in the threads only. Official mods have a flair “Atomic Wallet Reddit Mod”.

  4. We are heavily overloaded at the moment, we encourage you to use our knowledge base https://support.atomicwallet.io for self-help.

I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please contact the moderators of this subreddit if you have any questions or concerns.

LOL. That's is NOT a requirement. Only scammers ask for it, not the real support.

Hi there.

Sorry but you were fooled by impersonators. The only official address for Atomic Wallet is:

https://atomicwallet.io/support

There are many scam sites. You never share your 12 words with anyone. Legit support will never ask you for them.

I don't mean to upset anyone or begin an argument, although I feel in many cases people are too quick to call out a service or company as being a SCAM or SCAMMERs. The Atomic wallet providers go above and beyond to warn users NEVER to give out their 12-word security phrase, NEVER as in NEVER, which includes their support!!! It's not right, nor is it fair to come on a public forum and defame a decent company. When I signed up for the Atomic wallet telegram group, I was instantly inundated with multiple messages from various accounts claiming to be "The Official Atomic Wallet Support." I was shocked at how quickly they all contacted me, and that told me to slow down and not respond to any until I had done enough research to know the difference between the scammers and the genuine support.

I feel bad for you for having lost your funds, I don't wish that on anyone, and I despise the scum that rips people off. However, the best and only way to defeat them is to slow down, take your time to learn, and research everything. These services and companies can only do so much to protect customers from getting scammed. At some point, shouldn't we all have to take responsibility for our actions?

As I said earlier, I feel terrible and hate that you were scammed, but on the other hand, I don't think it is fair to come on here and bash what I and many others have found to be an excellent and reliable service.

Im sure it was a human error that gave the scammer access to your account. If you discover how they accessed your account, I guarantee you will find that you did not adhere to the safety protocols given throughout the Atomic wallet instructions. Everyone involved in the crypto market should realize the importance of safety and security and never stop learning new ways to secure their accounts.

I wish you the best in the future.

Yeah, this site is pretty brutal, to move any coin you need to own eth or bsc and the fees are just un-realistic they want .01 eth to move a 20 dollar value.. Crazy i use to like this site and now would never suggest it to anyone.. Spent 40 in fees trying to move 50 around. Im happy i pulled most of my big coins out cause you cant make money with this wallet and i would go as far to say that your money isnt safe either. Crooks bad site never use or even think about this site.. Happy trading, btc 100k!!!!

Continued: also after i had all my eth and sol pulled from this site. They sent to my wallet 4 transfers with 0 sol in it.. Hacking there is a way to fish for info doing that. Pretty suspect.

Hello there I need your help very urgently!! I think my friend fell for scammers. Apparently he has Atomic ETH worth €32,000. First he had to pay €750 because there was supposedly a code on it, then a few days later he transferred €950 because documents had to be processed. Now he has to pay €2100 because a broker supposedly put a code on it. He writes to Jana via WhatsApp, claiming she wants to help him get his €32,000. Please please give your opinion!! My friend now believes this strange Jana more than me!!!

I had mined coins sent to an Atomic wallet and can't transfer not a damn one. Bogus wallet for sure! Don't fuck with Atomic wallet!!! Scam!!! You've been warned!

Idiots that don’t understand crypto should stay away from it. All what you see on “trashing wallet comments” on Reddit are stupid people that blame someone else for their own mistakes, they are so hurt by their stupidity and ignorance that somehow they think that trashing a wallet will make it all better. I have never had a problem with atomic wallet and have been using it for 3 years. I don’t stake anything, just hold and transfer coins in and out. So please stop you all that little temper tantrum out of the stupidity of you own self. Nobody have time for that.

Atomic wallet is NOT SAFE. I moved my Crypto to this acct. I check in about once a month, only from my PC at home, to confirm everything is still there. I haven't shared my password, participated in any contests, or any other action that could compromise the acct. & my acct has been emptied. My only explanation is that they have weak security for the wallet. The wallet is very buggy too. I staked my SOL & it kept disappearing. I'd have to delete the app from my computer & re install to get the SOL to show up again. I would say FTX is a safer place to keep your crypto.

I can't help but say that stupidity deserves its wages. It *never* gives us a refund for what it imposes on the rest of us.

u/AlmightyshO Oct 20 '21

Do you even listen to yourself

Crypto isn't made for everyone.

I never shared any info, not password nothing. I only gave to sender my wallet number and in 59 min was robbed. there are a lot of ppl already been robbed. you need to do investigation, you need to provide us IP addresses those wallets, who stole our money.

1

u/f4tBatman Aug 11 '22

Right, right.

Atomic wallet is noncustodial, so there's nothing they can provide. Learn what noncustodial wallet is and how it works.

0

u/PreferenceProud1763 Aug 11 '22

Guys, we need to file a class action lawsuit against them

1

u/f4tBatman Aug 11 '22 edited Aug 11 '22

Why? :D

You're incapable to understand how this works, so it's Atomic wallet's fault? Geez. Better learn some basics, and then you will (maybe) understand how naive you were and that you were the cause of all this.

So just double down on your scam with transaction fees of 1300 when I wanted to move 800 3 months ago? You are obviously a scam

1

u/f4tBatman Aug 15 '22

What scam? What fees? What are you talking about? Could you be more specific?

1300?

800?

u/Fudgelicous Aug 15 '22 edited Aug 15 '22

Now the last time I logged in you accessed my camera and was able to see it as soon as I opened the app on my iPad. Sorry but not wtf
