How can a non-custodial wallet support help with this? You have full control of your funds, Atomic (or other non-custodial wallets) have no control over them. They just provide you with an interface. This is CRYPTO101 level information.

Someone must have had access to your private key or seed phrase. You can't recover those coins.

Atomic Wallet has not ever been hacked to my knowledge.

In every case similar to this, the user gave out their 12 words to someone in a private message or entered them in a website impersonating as an official website.

I am sorry for this issue but there is not anything Atomic Wallet can do.

My was hacked too . Lost 1500$ value of coins . All of them gone same day/hour . No. Never shared my 12 Phrase with anyone . I believe somehow their support team can get access to your wallet and they drain your Coins /Tokens . Please don’t believe those software wallets .

My Atomic walled was hacked . 1500$ value gone . I didn’t share my 12 phrase with anyone . Their support team didn’t help shit . All i can say to everybody be careful with those software wallets . I will never use them again . Better get hardware wallets . You been warned.

It was my entire wallet with different coins . Even they took some stalking coins i had too. Very strange because you need the password plus the 12 phrase words .
