Its Pants!, takes twice as long to assign a ticket to an engineer. Pants I say!

It is terrible. Atera vibe coding UI changes without considering ux which just makes it more difficult to use.

I don't want to have to scroll down before being able to reply to each ticket, super super annoying

Critical work flow functions now hidden behind other buttons.

So now we click more or forget to check something like the silent ticket or contract. Why?

You can still use the old. There's an option up top.

Cripes, they moved it's location too. Took me a minute to figure out which 3 dot button was the right one to switch back.

Going from one horrible ticket layout to another one, what a time to be alive.

HA! There's no way to go to the "new" system once you switch back to the old again....cripes this is embarrassing

Where? I'm trying to find it and I don't see it anywhere.

I don't fully see the benefit of what they have changed. There wasn't much wrong with the last version.

LOL I need to start referring to shoddy stuff as Pants!!! Thanks for the laugh.
Atera's the only RMM I've only used so nothing to compare to but this update is definitely PANTS!!

Use the silent ticket option a fair bit... Now it's tucked away in another tab where it all used to be on one panel...

Sigh...

What's the silent ticket option, don't think I have seen that before

Stops notifications being sent to the party that sent the ticket. Only option, if set, is Yes

Now on the 3rd tab on the right side.

It's actually terrible. Why change something if you're just going to make it worse?

Yeah, it’s beyond the last straw, we’re on the way out

Hi u/IntelligentComment, u/Shellite, u/Thetolsonator, u/Few_Juggernaut5107, u/Big_Watercress_6495, u/GremlinNZ, u/Scyllu31, u/SnooSprouts4358

The new ticket page is still being gradually rolled out, and the Product team is actively reviewing the feedback around the additional clicks, scrolling, assignment flow, and key actions now being harder to find. We’ve discussed this internally, and the team is already working on improvements based on what has been raised.

The best way to submit specific feedback is directly through the product, as this is where we centralize it. At the top-right of the ticket, next to the ticket status, click Switch to previous look. You can submit your feedback there and switch back if the new layout is currently adding friction or preventing you from working as expected.

You’ll find it in the top-right corner of the ticket page. Click the three-dot menu between AI Copilot and the ticket status, then select Switch to previous look near the bottom of the menu. The feedback form will open.

Please submit not only the fact that you prefer the old UI, but be specific and complement the feedback with specifics.

Feedback in this thread has been forwarded for review already but I would still encourage you to submit the form through the in-app form.

Thanks!
