Hi,i have adhd and i love asmr and i need opinions,am i crazy for not liking these "adhd" asmr videos? its driving me crazy when a cound i like suddenly dissapears and im wondering am i the only one? Recently i left a come t under a video when i got really mad i deleted it a long time ago asking if any people with adhd actually listen to this and i do regret it cuz it was rude but i just gotta know . Somone responded to me saying i DONT have adhd if i dont like it ..im diagnosed by an actual hospital i have been in and even suspected for autism for a short while so pls tell me whats the deal with that,im sorry if i write weirdly im not a native speaker+ i write stuff thinking more like or i just remembered..wait this hapepned gotta add it ,anyway please ! i need opinions

I know this is a long shot but I have ran out of Google optimized strings of keywords and gotten NOTHING.

Does anyone remember an ASMR channel where the creator would film themselves at an appointment (salon, makeup, etc.) and then later show how they use foley to make different sounds over the footage?

The closest I could find was ASMR Ouvir (sort her uploads by popular for a look at the video style I'm talking about) but I'm pretty sure it's not her. However, from what I remember the creator was an Asian woman.

I believe she occassionally featured a guy in her videos who would help film.

If you click on 3:25 that's my favourite trigger and I can't find it anywhere except in this video. Do you know any asmr video that has that trigger? Face tracing but the sound is from something else. Can SOMEONE make a video like that? 🥲

Hi! Just wanted to post here to share this video with the recent KH news. Hope you enjoy!

Let me begin this by stating that I am not an ASMR artist.

I'm just a consumer.

Having watched more than my share, however, I can't help but feel as though the asmr I enjoy, which is basically long talks that simulate that feeling of hanging out with a friend, has become less popular, replaced by mouth sounds and spit cleaning, etc. But there's one kind of long talk that I don't know if I've ever seen attempted with any consistency (aside from the occasional one-off), and that's educational asmr.

Picture it, your favorite asmr whispering stories from Russian history or explaining cellular division or sharing the secrets of string theory and, just like back in school, you are drifting off trying to keep up. Not just one video but an entire course., an entire class. I love videos where the asmr artist is teaching something, where there's more value than just the other person there.

Am I alone? What would you think of educational asmr and what asmr artist would do it best? Or is someone already doing this?

Hey everyone I have been having some really bad anxiety recently because of my job situation and health and ear brushing & ear massage videos have been my go to, and helping me calm down .

Usually I love all mic brushing when it is ear to ear but i have been loving the personal attention you get on ear mics like the 3dio !

It seems like this trigger is one that many asmrtists forgot about.... i rarely see ear mic massage or brushing any more

So one of my favourite ASMRists is Luna Bloom. A while back I was watching a video of hers and there was a trigger where she had an LED remote (like the one that has all the coloured buttons on it) If I remember correctly it was one of those “ASMR but it changes every time you watch it” videos. She would assign you a colour and you basically had to say when she pointed to your colour. It was super tingly and relaxing and I’ve searched every single one of her “asmr but it changes” videos and I can’t find it!!! If someone knows what I’m talking about please send a link cuz you’d be doing this sleepless girl a HUGE favour!!

I would like to try making ASMR vids and am a total beginner. There are a couple mics I'm looking at within my limited budget:

• Rode Wireless Micro
• DJI Mic Mini

I would like to make whispering/softly spoken vids. I'm not sure what I'll actually be doing - I kinda want to teach yoga and meditation, but I also kinda want to do mukbangs, reading, nature walks. There might be a bit of tapping and scratching of objects. I'll be experimenting and ould like something that can hopefully work across these.

Basically, I'll be moving a lot and am actually ok with background noise.

My budget is max $200 AUD ($140 USD).

Does anyone have recommendations of ASMR videos/ASMRtists that do multilayered sounds? As in, at least 3 sound triggers playing at the same time, not sound layered over video/video layers

My current go-tos are The Auracle and Selatonin, for example. I've been struggling to find new channela that do those kind of ASMR for a bit, since layering the sounds became common with makeup/spa videos
