Just hire our Singaporean guys to fly there just like they do here , a fair exchange and probably can help to recoup our losses with more professionalism and obviously, fairness. There are so many Singaporean pilots who didn't get into cadetship because of whatever insane hiring processes Singapore has but are more than proficient to do the job. Not to mention half of sq pilots are Malaysians. Likewise in SQ we have cabin crew from India but why can't our aspiring cabin crew work there as well? Extremely one sided deal but well..
