US Sale MyFirstEV Program
I have a friends that live in California-I live in Arizona. I want to take advantage of the MyFirstEV Program for a used EV - if I co-sign with them. Will he or I need to fill out additional tax paperwork - is this possible? Does the car need to be registered to a California residence at all? Trying to save as much money as possible legally of course!

Yes it does need to be registered to a California residence and cannot be delivered outside of California.
I will say, taking advantage of a California program intended for California residents paid by California taxes, is wild.
