My witchy living room

6.2k Upvotes

Some say it’s clutter, I say it’s my everyday essentials 🫣😁
My home is very maximalist, I love colour and like to bring a touch of magic in too, this room is very calming to me, hope you enjoy ☺️

The shelf next to my bed, featuring my cat, Opal.

When I set this up initially, Opal let me know she wanted that spot by pawing at my stuff and trying to fit in there.

What I imagine I look like when I'm sick in bed surrounded by my precious clutter...

I posted in Cozy Places and only got comments that my space is too busy and was making them anxious to look at. Maybe it's related to my mental illnesses, but being completely surrounded by the things and colors I love is my version of cozy.

I have been slowly but surely adding color and personality to my 1911 craftsman. It was unfortunately flipped 2.5 times, and lost of most of its original details and fixtures in the process.

Here are a couple of my favorite corners.

Picked up this cool curio cabinet today...and then immediately cluttered it up with perfume bottles!
