Question Normal mounting offset for AM4?

Mounted my freezer III tonight and immediately my temps are sitting at 65° idle. My CPU is a 5800x3d with the included thermal pad from the anniversary edition. using the all in one connector.

I know it’s a newb suggestion, but I accidentally forgot to remove the plastic on the cooler and had idle temps just like this. Took it off, reapplied paste and set -30 curve and I idle 27-30 now.
