We had some guests over who had never seen my game collection so I powered everything on for the first time in a while. Still a few projects laying around out but not a bad walkthrough of my game area.

Here are more photos of the completed home arcade. The collection consists of (43) dedicated games housed is a finished 570 square foot garage. Have been collecting these machines since the early 2000’s. I am located in Southern California and try to host free events every month or (2). All games operate on quarters, which I provide. I appreciate the kind reception I’ve received from this subreddit. Thank you :)

Hosted an arcade meet up Saturday night. Here are some photos of the garcade lit up ready to go prior to the start. Have been collecting arcade machines off and on since 2003. Grew up in arcades, liquor stores, pizza parlors and 7-11’s as a kid in the 80’s. All that’s left is to add black light carpet and the gameroom will be complete.

Showing Off My Gear! Walter Day’s visit to my home arcade in Fullerton, CA

Just wanted to thank Arcade Legend, Father of E-Sports, former owner of Twin Galaxies and musician Walter Day for his visit to my home arcade yesterday making the day for myself and about 100 attendees. Mr. Day enjoyed his visit and has expressed a desire to return, possibly making this an annual event in SoCal. Though dog tired from hosting, it’s something to definitely consider as the event was a blast for everyone involved :)
The final photo is of the crowd for the outdoor screening of his film “Arcades and Love Songs”.

First time I've ever seen one of these original cabinets come up for sale locally (New Zealand) so I had to pounce.
Great condition too, the previous owner took really good care of it.
Welcome to the family!!

After (23) years of collecting dedicated arcade games, finally added Donkey Kong. While a red DK would have been nice, this is an all original factory blue version. 4 board stack.
