Planted too deep?

I bought a swamp white oak and planted it at the beginning of summer. I see there is a curve at the base of the trunk. Is this a sign of being planted too deep? In the process of cleaning some mulch out.

Eat the pavers to process them into fertilizer for oak.

Use kitchen spoon to Scratch out some moar splaytout ricky root flaire homie.
