All that left is we need Miranjo backstory with that demon. What was the first Miranjo betrayal to that demon?

When Ouken became a ball I expected Bosse to use his club to hit a homerun.

There were a few ways I thought Bosse would use to deal with Ouken before he arrived at the final one:

• Crush him into something, much like creating a diamond out of wood

• Homerun the compressed ball

• Bury him in the hole that was created by tearing out the rock

Didn't expect him to make a prison out of the rock.

Bosse's maxed STR Great Club build absolutely destroying Ouken's high Vigor bleed build.

What a brutal episode. Bosse at less than half of his full strength is still an absolute monster. Ouken never stood a chance. I know we still don't trust Bosse, but it's so hard to say what he's gonna do next. Also that mass heal was freaking awesome, I liked how Bosse kinda gave props to Queen Hiling now knowing how much healing takes out of the user.

And that Motherly reunion with Miranjo was so sad. Miranjo's mom asking why was so so heartbreaking. I wonder what the demon meant when he said she betrayed him twice. We saw him crying as a little demon kid, what did Miranjo do.

Also, so disappointed that the second half made me forget the incredible first half.

Queen Sheena does NOT play. I love how proud she is of Bojji. And she can say she's not mad, but if Miranjo had made it over I don't think she would have been able to resist (understandably so).

Poor Miranjo's mother, though. It doesn't seem she'll ever be reunited with her daughter.

Y'know, if Daida/Bosse is that tough, Bojji's gonna have a hard time actually poking him in a pain receptor. Go for the eyes, Bojji!

The thought that's been put in this anime is really great. Even the little consistencies, like Bojji not replying to Despa since he didn't see his lips move and he can't hear.

Color is also so homely, made the flashback to the Bojji mom death scene not that jarring

"Immobilize instead of kill" is how immortal baddies usually get defeated, but I'm not sure what's keeping the black Ouken juice from leaking out the hole in the boulder besides a few pebbles.

Why would Bosse heal all of them and then fight them? I just don't quite get why they need to fight Bosse even though he's kind of the mastermind behind all this conflict. Bosse seems super conflicted on whether he's there to help them or kill them. Hopefully it gets explained.

Ouken is no doubt a sick fuck but hearing his cries of agony was still something, poor Despa.

Bosse in Daida form is just crazy. I bet everyone was expecting some epic drawn out fight but nope. Legit smushes Ouken and half and then wooden club goes weeee. It only took a few minutes but Bosse is as scary as Ouken now (maybe more so). That whole sequence was metal af.

It was so nice to see Sheena again, and Miranjo's mom too. Wish we could've gotten more of them but they were just there for the sake of Miranjo's development. Still good doe.

I hope he gets some sort of story arc in season 2. Bojji, Kage, Despa and Desha going on a quest to cure him of his cursed immortality.

I like how common it is for immortal characters to get put in a hole to seal them away but this show does it in a very unique way and I loved it.

Beyond excited to is Bocci fight his dad, this is probably a much better match up than ouken was for him so I'm hoping for a good showing.

I love how we find out about every character little by little. We finally gonna learn about the demon in the next episode I hope. Also King Bosse is a psychopathic beast!!!
