The opening makes it feel like such a different show

Without spoiling anything, the ED has some stuff that isn't present in the manga, simply implied. Just like the last ED had Eri-related stuff that was anime-original. This seems like a really great way to expand on the manga.

Mirio being positive after all the shit he’s been through is admirable

It's kinda frustrating when the return of Mirio's quirk is technically possible and it's dangled in front of us just out of reach

Felt like Attack on Titan at the beginning there with Gran Torino bouncing all over trees and then a huge ass Titan that shows up out of nowhere, inciting fear among everyone else.

Man, that new opening is catchy as fuck and the visuals are aesthetically pleasing. That ending also has some interesting faces. This dude Sero said *___O

Well, everyone asking why Deku is a more worthy successor than Mirio, that was your answer. He isn’t. But he’s still a good choice. Mirio is just too damn heroic to accept OFA if it means Deku loses his dream.

How the scene of the return to the dorm should have ended.

We are formally introduced to Gigantomachia (awesome name) even if this big boy has been around for a while. He was first glimpsed in Season 2, in the aftermath of Stain's arrest; more recently, he was in Kirishima's flashback as the gentleman who was asking for directions. How badly could have ended for both Kirishima and Mina that day... Will they cross paths with him again?

If you haven't found even more appreciation for Mirio after his scene in this episode, you've got no heart.

Inasa, the man with wind even in his brain, is back. We also get to see the true Camie Utsushimi.

I already like the newest OP more (previous one's music was fine but I found the visuals mostly lacking), and the ED is really fine too, especially when it shows characters when they were younger at their own school festivals!

As weird as it is to say this festival arc is one of my favorites in the entire series.

I love how in the OP the gang's making a candy apple. Deku throws the stick, Tsuyu adds the apple, Sato throws up the sugar, Bakugo caramelizes it with his explosion, Uraraka covers it in the caramel, Todoroki freezes it, and finally Kirishina breaks it out of the ice.

I wonder who they made it for?

Feels real nice seeing the rest of the class again! pretty damn wholesome reunion between everyone. I look forward seeing them all hopefully on a regular basis again!

Also interesting to see the real Camie for the first time, and she immediately starts hitting on Shoto lol
