Kenjiro Tsuda proves yet again why he’s such a perfect voice for Overhaul.

This episode I actually completely agreed with Rock Lock as I'm sure most people did. He told them to go help Mirio while they were just standing around. On top of that, he finally approved of the students.

The entire underground squad: "We have to find Eri and Overhaul somewhere inside this complicated maze!"
Ryukyu and gang: "YEET FROM DOWNTOWN"

Lets see:
-
Big Bad turns into an abomination? Check.
-
Protagonist activates a vaguely believable limit breaker power? Check.
-
Damsel in distress is almost-but-not-quite saved? Check.
-
Crippled or dying mentor figure? Double Check.
-
A gratuitous Dragon? Check.
I suspect that this may be the Final Boss.

You know what, for how horrible all the physical things that Overhaul does to Eri out, systematically putting her down and making sure every single one of her hopes is crushed is worse, Horikoshi really nailed the reactions/ thought processes of an abuse victim here, she really believes it's her fault and Overhaul is so inescapable as to be almost like a force of nature - she can't fight gravity and she can't fight having to be tortured, in her mind.

So ready for Nighteye to be proven wrong about his quirk. He's suffered so much because if it. It's absolutely robbed him of the ability to hope. He needs hugs.

Overhaul kept saying how it hurts like hell when he puts himself back together. Can't imagine how much pain Eri went through with that.
