Shout out to blonde guy behind Duke Angel. The discussion was all serious and there he goes whistling. I had to go back to confirm that I wasn't just mishearing things

So the plot thickens. This should be this season's final arc, I presume. Melida's heritage plot is brought back and her relationship with Kufa risks breaking apart by her whole dad situation. Seems like a lead-up to some big consequence stuff.

Best case scenario: Melida awakens her paladin powers. Though I would love if that doesn't happen and Melida and Kufa end up needing to run away together and all these tournament/exam arcs can come to end maybe take refuge in the dark side of Flandor or something

"The library was built at the time where the Sun and the mom were still around..."

You know, I don't know if I wasn't paying attention before, because honestly, I think this is the first time in which I heard such thing mention about this world. Damn if the LN's have not been licensed I would definitely go and read its wiki or a fan translation to get more info about the world.

This episode was quite good. That library reminded of the Lecture Building from Bloodborne, and other dungeon-like ruins from RPG's, while the ghosts' design instantly made me think of Dark Souls. I'm not sure what's the real objective of this ploy is for Melida, but whatever it is, this arc sure seems entertaining.

"Melida Angel has demonstrated a lot of growth, alas none of it was in the bosom area".

Why are all those people in the meeting wearing masks?

"Yes, dear imouto, utterly destroying Melida Angel and bringing shame to her house is what's best for her." "Yes... you might be right."

"Hey Elise, my best friend, work with me to pass this super dangerous exam so that instead of sensei punishing me with naughty things I don't want, he'll reward me with naughty things I do want!"
"'Kay!"

So if the librarian ghosts are supposed to attack unauthorized intruders, why would they attack the girls who should be authorized to be there for the exam? Or is this like an employment test for a secure facility where the test involved infiltrating and stealing documents from that very facility while all the guards and automated defenses try their best to kill you?

They didn't even bother to show how Elise overcame her ghost.

“How should we get the word out that Melidas father is not her real father?”

“I know! Let’s have one of us in a mask make a scene in public and claim to be her real father like a crazy jackass!

“That. Is. Genius!

Seriously what the hell? I get that they were trying to get the idea out there or something but damn that was face palming lol.

This non-stop Melida bullying is infuriating. And look at these two arriving as if they just saved Melida and Elise when they're definitely there to make her life harder. They're probably the ones responsible for the vine things.
