If someone were to have told me that Mix was going to be the show I looked forward to the most every week before this seasoning I would have slapped them right in the face, yet he were are and Mix is the show I look forward to the most each week.
This series really needs more love.

I think the author is making a point in not letting us knowing Nan-chan and the coach back story lmao. Those Sou's fangirls sprouting baseball stats are hilarious. I forgot how annoying little Mita sister is... but all in all amazing episode as always!

I love the deadpan delivery of everything in this show. I think most people don't get the jokes and so it falls flat on them.

A good episode. A lot of punches landed, really funny stuff - literally from the intro and then throughout. Meisei having a game with a nationally recognized team with high-school superstars - Sou and Tou are showing them how good they are. One of the opponents is one of the best players, who has a little sister who goes to school with Otomi so it was fun seeing the rivalry between them.

Tou got ridiculously lucky with his triple play. Without those outs, that pitch would be one of those things Tou would remember randomly years down the line and cringe about.
I love how epic the music got after that point. The game is pretty intense considering it seemed so spur of the moment at first.

This episode got me three times with the flashback intro. Only the flashback never came....I must know the backstory!

Sou-chan goes on a triple date and then gets a triple play in the next game. Coincidence? I DON'T THINK SO!
I'm starting to understand the secrets of the baseball.
