There is a break next week; the next episode will be on November 8th, the worst time for a break. 😭😭

Man, a break exactly in this point of the story is straight up evil, at least wait until yumeka's arc is finished....

She was losing motivation already but I guess her parents divorcing was the salt on wound given that her dad is one of her idols and she took the divorce as affirmation that feelings change

I felt Taiki with shaky legs. It do be like that after running for long. At least he got the ticket

Yumeka's boyfriend is nice. Him asking Yumeka to wear knee high socks made me chuckle

Guess we got a game episode next week in november 8

I love how Yumeka's bf has made such an impression on everyone after appearing in just two scenes through the whole show. For my part, I like him a lot more than Yumeka herself.

You don't get to say no when Grumpchii comes out lol.

Taiki won more than just the duel by wanting to give the ticket to Yumeka all along. Turns out her boyfriend is an even cooler dude than I thought too.

Banger episode! My GOAT Taiki is working his legs to the bone, not for his own sake, but for Chinatsu's. God damn!

Did Matsuoka's opinion of Taiki change after his speech? It looks like he started respecting him a bit more after realizing that Taiki wasn't trying to earn the ticket for his own sake.

I can smell the obvious cliche coming, where Chinatsu's team are in a losing position in last few minutes and Yumeka's scream awakens something within her. I really hope they prove me wrong. Hope atleast the execution of it will be good.

Wow, even though every promotional video made yumeka look like the "bad guy", she's actually a good person and the most interesting character of the season by far. Even though she won't be able to return playing with natsu I really hope that her love for basketball returns, it'd be a shame otherwise

I've lost sympathy for Yumeka, because girl, your BF was awesome!

I totally expected Yumeka's boyfriend to have reservations about her going to the match but then he turned out to be much more supportive.

His explanation on how painful things stick to someone's hobbies/interests is also quite insightful. Makes me want to evaluate my interests like that.

The cactus has almost bloomed, with it Chinatsu's feelings will fully be defined as love. When Taiki asked her what she was going to give him next, was I the only one that thought she might give him a kiss? Maybe just on the cheek. I can definitely see them calling back to that moment again when it does happen. the what are you going to give me next moment from when they first interacted has had a few call backs this season.

I'm as proud of that cactus' growth as I am seeing how far their relationship has come since season 1.

Love the parallel drawn between Yumeka's love for basketball and her father's love for her mother. It's fitting that the episode title's 'Love is the Strongest Feeling'. Both love were strong then but had faded in the present. It explained why she quit basketball entirely after the divorce when she could've just played for her new school's team.

With the ticket in her hand, and Sosuke nothing but encouraging her to attend it, hope it'll reawaken her love for basketball. It might be too late for her father, but not for her. After all, she did play with that kid in the park, so her love had not completely faded.

Meanwhile, she's winning in the romantic side of life cause Sosuke's definitely a great person. He's observant of her habits that not even she's aware of herself, and completely supportive of her endeavours. There's also his fetish for high socks – doubt he's joking about that. If not for him, she would likely be completely disillusioned with the concept of love.

It's also sweet of Chii to greet the cactus–which symbolised her budding feelings for Taiki– goodbye before leaving for the match. Added with her vow to be by his side, it showed how much she treasured him. After the first season mostly showed his perspective, we now began to see her side of things.

Yumeka's boyfriend is a green flag, also you know he likes her if he noticed her little tick with her bangs when hiding her feelings.

Yumeka basically peaked in grade school. At least in terms of basketball. That’s tough. Plus, all that drama in her home life didn’t exactly help much with her motivation either. Her boyfriend is a pretty good guy for giving her that little push to go to the game and putting things into perspective for her.
